These terms are demo content for the fictional Trailmark. Replace them with your own.
Guided trips
A deposit holds your place; the rest is due six weeks before the start. Cancel more than six weeks ahead and we refund the deposit; later, we refund what we can recover from the huts.
Passports and maps
We post passports and map sets within two working days. If something arrives damaged, write to us and we’ll send a new one.
Changes on the trail
Guides may change the route on the day for weather or safety. We can’t refund a day lost to a storm, but we’ll always look for a safe way on.
