The longest day in the Little Carpathians: over Čermák and Vápenná, down into Sološnícka dolina and on to the Brezinky hut. Plenty of ups and downs, all of it in forest.

Over thirty kilometres and more than a thousand metres of climbing: this is where the trail first asks for some fitness. The path climbs from the pass over Čermák to Vápenná, one of the highest points of the southern Little Carpathians, and drops steeply into Sološnícka dolina.
The second half winds over forest meadows, Amonova lúka and Mon Repos among them, before a last climb over Červená hora and the descent to the Brezinky hut. Start early.
